ROX is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that provides evidence based empowerment programming for girls in elementary, middle, and high school that focuses on self-esteem, self-concept, body image, healthy assertiveness, healthy relationships, leadership, career development, and sexual violence prevention.

ROX was developed to assist girls in developing the skills to deal with the social, personal, and academic issues of adolescence such as: body image, self-concept, self-esteem, relational aggression, sexual harassment and violence, academic and career development, and leadership development. 

Through teaching girls these important skills, and improving self-esteem at a young age, our goal is to positively impact the course of their lives and to assist them in becoming empowered and confident women.
