Become the girl expert at your school

At ROX, we know school counselors and educators, because we were school counselors and educators. We know firsthand the struggle of constantly putting out fires. The frustration of always reacting to the drama, especially girl drama, while your plate is already full. You went to school to help, but you’re spending all your time dealing with the endless consequences of conflict. You’d rather be doing proactive work to support your students.

We know your time is precious and that you don’t need one more thing. What you need is something that actually works. That’s where ROX comes in. We’re the nonprofit authority on girls. We know girls because we’ve spent decades working with girls, and we conduct large-scale national research to understand girls better than anyone else.

When it comes to the girl drama at school, we know a powerful paradigm shift that will change the way you think about girl drama, and empower you to better support the girls at your school, while reclaiming your time from dealing with what has felt like a frustrating fact of life.

give girls the skills they need to overcome girl drama and create healthy friendships at school.

“ROX has had a transformative impact on our girls and the larger school community. Since the program began, the girls have shown remarkable growth in leadership, confidence, and self-awareness. One of the most noticeable outcomes has been the resolution of a long-standing student conflict that had plagued our middle school. Thanks to the skills learned and relationships built through ROX, that conflict has been laid to rest, and the girls are getting along once again.”
