In April 2026, ROX Founder and CEO Dr. Lisa Hinkelman spoke at the Women in Retirement Brunch at the NAPA 401(k) Summit in Tampa, Florida, sharing ROX's work with an enthusiastic group of retirement plan advisors from around the country.

ROX was honored to have been selected as the charity partner for the 2026 NAPA 401(k) Summit. Attendees showed up in a big way, with the ARA/NAPA organization contributing $10,000 and attendees contributing directly, bringing total funds raised during the conference weekend to nearly $12,000. Proceeds will support access to ROX programs around the country through the Amber's ACEs for ROX initiative, working to ensure that all girls can have a healthy, safe, productive and empowered future.

In April 2026, ROX Founder and CEO Dr. Lisa Hinkelman was featured as a keynote speaker at The Women's Fund of Central Ohio's annual Keyholder Event in a special, full-circle moment for ROX.

It was in 2006 that The Women's Fund of Central Ohio awarded Dr. Hinkelman a $10,000 grant to jumpstart The ROX Program for Girls. Now, 20 years later, with ROX programs in 600+ schools nationwide, Dr. Hinkelman shared her inspiring story to a room filled with community change-makers.

Dr. Hinkelman was joined by fellow keynote speakers Judge Laurel Beatty Blunt, Claire Coder and Michael Corey, with each sharing key insights and lessons inspired by the evening's theme of unlocking our collective power. KyleCares teen conferences bring together nearly 750 student mental health leaders from across New England each year to foster learning, growth and connection. Topics include wellness strategies, coping skills, advocacy, healthy relationships, inclusion, how to help a friend and more.

ROX's Lauren Morosky was honored to present, "Girls Supporting Girls: How to Actually Change Your School's Vibe." Her session covered the real challenges girls face every day and turned energy into action. Powered by research from The Girls' Index™, nearly 100 girls left with a toolkit and concrete steps to build a school culture where girls feel seen, supported and like they actually belong.

In February 2026, ROX's Nancy Willis and Angel Mensing attended the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) Conference in Washington.

One theme that kept surfacing throughout the conference: students need more than academic excellence. They need skills for life. This is exactly why ROX's work matters. ROX puts data into action to create generations of confident girls who control their own relationships, experiences, decisions, and futures.

In February 2026, ROX Founder and CEO Dr. Lisa Hinkelman served as keynote speaker at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas 11th Annual Summit on Nevada Education, bringing The Girls' Index™ research directly to educators, policy makers and institutional leaders on the frontlines of supporting girls every day.

Her talk, "What 17,500 Girls Taught Us: The Research-Based Roadmap for Supporting Today's Girls," shared specifics on what is going on for girls today and offered practical strategies to create safe, supportive and empowering environments and experiences for girls.

Nevada educators are already putting this work into action through ROX programs at Clark County School District, Mater Academy Bonanza Charter School, and Pinecrest Academy of Nevada. Thank you to UNLV for creating space for this conversation and recognizing that meaningful change in education begins with listening to students and taking seriously what they are telling us.

In December 2025, ROX's Angel Mensing and ROX Facilitator Kourtnay Abernathy were in Orlando, Florida for the Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence Conference.

Their session, "The Girls Are Not Alright: What 17,502 Girls Say About Stress, Pressure and School Connection," was delivered to a packed room of esteemed educators from across the country, including teachers, administrators, counselors, instructional coaches, directors, and superintendents representing 35 states.

Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence recognizes award-winning districts and schools that go above and beyond to support the needs of their students. It was an incredible opportunity to share ROX's data and connect with educators about the day-to-day experiences of the students they serve.

In November 2025, the ROX Team traveled to Macon, Georgia for the Georgia School Counselors Association Conference. The conference theme was "Helping Students Rule Their Experiences," and ROX Founder & CEO Dr. Lisa Hinkelman delivered the keynote address to over 800 school counselors.

The ROX presence didn't stop there. ROX Facilitators and Dr. Patty Fellows Joycelyn Richards (Dalton Public Schools) and Morgan McKinnon (DeKalb County Schools) delivered a breakout session titled "Being a Girl ROX! Helping Girls Rule Their Own Experiences." ROX Facilitator and Dr. Patty Fellow Kourtnay Abernathy also exhibited at the conference alongside ROX's Nancy Willis.

To the Georgia school counselors: thank you for the warm welcome and for the incredible work you do. Together, we're helping girls everywhere rule their own experiences.

In early November 2025, ROX's Director of Facilitator Training and Support, Rachel Zufall, LSC, was in Indianapolis, Indiana for the Association for Middle Level Education (AMLE) Conference.

Her session, "Cracking the Gender Code: Girls, Confidence and STEM," focused on helping girls eager about STEM careers overcome the barriers that impact their confidence and perception of these fields. Rachel was thrilled to share ROX's Girls and STEM toolkit with the educators in attendance, providing them with practical resources to support girls in their schools.

In August 2025, ROX's Angel Mensing presented in Riverton, Wyoming for the Native American Education Conference.

This year's conference theme, "Rooted in Culture, Reaching for the Future," brought together educators passionately dedicated to supporting tribal youth. ROX was honored to share The Girls' Index™ data with attendees, offering meaningful insights to amplify and strengthen the incredible work these educators are already doing to support their students.

In March 2025, ROX Founder and CEO Dr. Lisa Hinkelman presented at the Women in Retail Leadership Circle Summit at the Ritz-Carlton on Amelia Island, Florida.

Dr. Hinkelman's session, "From Potential to Power: Building the Female Leadership Pipeline from Middle School to the Boardroom," brought ROX's research to a room full of some of the world's leading female executives. The data tells an important story: girls' confidence drops dramatically in middle school, and by high school, 55% of girls are afraid to lead for fear of being labeled "bossy." These findings connect directly to the leadership disparity we see today, where women hold only around 28% of C-suite positions and just 10% of Fortune 500 CEO roles. This is work worth talking about in every room we can.
